📖 Layer Descriptions

1

Core Foundation: MT&R + Presence

Mutual Trust & Respect (Adizes) combined with Heartfulness presence practices. This is the bedrock: Pause → Perceive → Communicate → Commit. Without inner steadiness and relational safety, no framework works.

2

Decision Cycle: Center → Clarify → Create → Choose → Commit → Review

The fundamental sequence: IS (What is?) → WANT (What do we want?) → SHOULD (What should we do?). Every decision follows this pattern.

3

Decision Diamond: Choosing Your Path

The gateway: Is the objective clear AND complexity low? → Shaft H (Execute, 50 min). Unclear or complex? → Shaft V (Explore, 75 min).

4

Guardrails: Process Discipline

Modes (Open → Soft → Hard), ELMO (enough, let's move on), Yellow/Red cards (warnings and resets), Jiminy Cricket (time/process mirror).

5

CAPI & PAEI: Power & Balance

CAPI ensures Authority, Power, and Influence are present. PAEI ensures Producer, Administrator, Entrepreneur, and Integrator roles are balanced across the team.
